Detail Supervisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $30.00 and $32.00.

Position Details

* Give instructions to the detail crew specific to meeting the needs of the dealership based on Sales &: Service work flow

* Detail vehicles interior and exterior, which consists of, but is not limited to: hand washing, pressure washing, vacuuming, etc.

* Organize wash days for vehicles on the front line and back lot

* Create a work schedule for detail employees including breaks, meal breaks, and clays off

* Train and assist other detail employees on detail techniques when needed

* Communicate efficiently with Service Manager.
