Customer Service Representative & Cashier
Greet and conduct transactions with customers in aprofessional and courteous manner via face-to-face, phone, or byother means of communication.
Navigate Dealer Management System (DMS) to make appointments forthe Service Department, cashier, close invoices, update customer informationand conduct follow-up.
Answer all incoming calls made to the Service Department.
Create files, organize and maintain service records, file innumerical and alphabetical order.
Work in a fast-paced team environment to accomplish goals setforth by the Dealership.
Run company errands as requested, including but not limited to,the daily bank deposit and post office drop.
Competently use Microsoft Office to communicate through email,create and maintain spreadsheets or type Word documents as needed.
Set, meet and exceed CSEgoals set by management.
Performfollow-up calls and emails, track in spreadsheet and notify management ofissues that arise.
Abilityto administer approved Customer Satisfaction questions to customer and decipherthe outcomes of those questionnaires.
